HOW WE WORK WITH INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS
To clarify which of our services you need, we work with you through four progressive “Steps.” Prior to these steps, we ask that you first to complete our free online anonymous “Self-Assessment” to determine if we are a good fit for your needs. If so, you’ll be invited to move on to Step 1, as outlined below. If not, you’ll be advised not to proceed further.
STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
This 45-minute online session will help clarify your needs and how we can meet them. We’ll discuss key topics including your reasons for seeking second citizenship or residency, your goals, expectations, and desired outcomes, the solutions we can offer and the feasibility of various alternatives. Our initial consultation will also cover important aspects of the attorney-client relationship including fees, basic legal strategy, timelines, and next steps. If we determine that you have viable options and wish to proceed, we’ll invite you to continue with our Location Service.
STEP 3: WHERE TO GO
In this phase, we focus on pinpointing your ideal destination. Through in-depth research and follow-up discussions, we will refine the “Consideration Set” into a “Short List” of candidates that best align with your needs and goals. We will then compare these options in detail to identify your “Final Choice” country. Your decision will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of legal, financial, professional, personal, and logistical factors. By the end of Step 3, you’ll have a clear understanding of whether and where to go, along with a well-defined plan for the next steps in your journey. You can choose to retain these findings for future reference or engage us to help implement your decision.
STEP 2: LOCATION SERVICE
In this step, we will decide systematically if second residency or citizenship along with their benefits and drawbacks are for you. We will request detailed information about you and any loved ones included in your relocation plans. We will then conduct one or more follow-up sessions to investigate your options in greater depth. Based on the insights we gather from you, along with our research and analysis, we will create a “Consideration Set” — your tailored list of potential countries selected to match your needs, requirements, and preferences.
STEP 4: IMPLEMENTATION
In this optional phase, we will put the outlined plan into action. Before proceeding, we will review and, if necessary, refine our agreed-upon legal strategy. We will then move forward either through local co-counsel in your chosen country or with Grungras Consultancy acting as your advocate.
