HOW WE WORK WITH
MIGRATON ORGANIZATIONS
At Grungras Consultancy, we are dedicated to helping your organization achieve its goals efficiently, maximizing resources without compromising quality. Our approach begins with a comprehensive consultation with your organizational and departmental leaders to determine how we can best support your objectives. During this process, we will:
- Listen attentively to your description of specific needs and projects
- Review your existing resources to identify any gaps
- Assess which needs can be effectively addressed by Grungras Consultancy, and identify those that fall outside the scope of our external services
- Determine the best way to integrate with your project team members
- Discuss project timelines, including performance expectations and deadlines
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of our services
Once we have reached mutual agreement that our involvement in the projects and functions you’ve outlined make sense, we will work with you to define the parameters for an initial program proposal. Within an agreed timeframe, we will send you a detailed proposal outlining the approaches and methodologies we’ve covered, along with a clear timeline and concrete cost structure. Should any questions remain after you’ve reviewed the proposal internally, we’ll make final adjustments and finalize the working parameters.
This iterative process will result in a written agreement, along with a work plan outlining specific activities and a concrete timeline. We will ask you to name project liaisons from your organization who will monitor our progress and also ensure corresponding progress on your end. Typically, within two to three months, we will begin implementing the work plan.
While certain project types may warrant or even require an onsite visit, others do not. For instance, most legal work and many operations support projects can be completed largely or entirely remotely, whereas staff training and management support—both of which are far more effective with face-to-face interaction—usually call for a site visit. In such cases, we will minimize travel, combining singular visits with online support whenever possible.
